Small Buildings – Domestic

This is a 2-unit shed from the Leofric Modena Range (https://www.garages-sheds.co.uk/sheds-&-workshops/modena-shed.html). No part of the frame, walls or roof need maintenance. They are made of Aluminium, LeoWood and uPVC.

The wall material is a combination of pulverised wood and ground up plastic bottles (https://www.modena-garden-buildings.co.uk)

This gives an attractive wooden appearance to both the outside and the inside of the builing. Therefore as far as internal finish is concerned, lining is not required. All the Modena Range come with posts that can csupport Solar Panels or Wind Turbines at no extra cost. If required the buildings are easily insulated.

Other options for our Leofric and Mayfair (was Marley) Buildings

This is the back wall of a Leofric Building but with X-Posts (XP) inserted.

The incorporation of the X-Posts into the back wall of this domestic garage will enable the owner to connect a small green house, using the garage wall as the main support.

There are four different plates in use here. from the top the XTP is used so that an angled tab (TAB) can be inserted to create the roof line. Then the XCCP plate enables shelf brackets  to be fitted until you drop to about waist height where the XBP plate with its M8 bolt fixing (bolts are in place in the photo) provides a heavy duty fixing for a potting bench. Below that the X-Post is filled with a blank plate to the floor.

On all of Leofric’s domestic buildings, the Universal Joining post can be employed to support Hanging Baskets, Security Cameras, Outside Lighting and supports for Wind Turbines and Solar Panels.
