The original “Click” shelving system offers 19 kinds of shelf support with variable shelf spacing that can be altered at any time. The Geneero Universal Shelf Support (USS) system is fixed, but once fitted has the simplicity of no brackets, and is therefore very economical to install where shelf spacing won’t be changed.
The with bracket system also allows for items to be mounted to the wall as required. here we see a Projection TV mounted in just this manner
Two systems – wth brackets and without.
With Brackets
In this format we offer the original Click System that “Clicks” into place at any position in the upright, enabling shelves to be set at any desired spacing, thereby maximising wall space. Note how in the house DVDs can be stored without loss of wall space likewise in the workshop jam jar shelving can be set to just higher than the height of the jar itself. This is far better and safer than screwing the jar lid to the underside of the shelf above.
Without Brackets – USS
This simple extrusion in solid aluminium accepts 15mm thick shelving (sold by many vendors including Wickes and Homebase (not B & Q their’s is 16mm) and is secured by drilling holes as required in the plate against the wall (two drill gooves, one above and one below the shelf with two more drill grooves to fix the shelf from the underside.
The USS (Universal Shelf Support can be in the form of a series of small brackets or simply one piece (easier to level).
Note the tight fit around the shelf – that is essential. Pictured below is a test load of bricks positioned on a single 6″ shelf.
