This unique bench is available in two formats. Both are square benches with the bench formed from plank inserts measuring 608mm long for the Home version which uses three planks (95mm x 45mm). The Pro version plank measures 770mm and takes four planks also 45mm thick and 95mm wide. On these planks any workshop tool can be mounted, which, if carefully located, can be dropped into the void below the bench top when not required for the project in hand, or raised as required by turning it over.
This is the Home version.
Here three items are shown. A pillar drill, a heavy duty vice and a grinder/polisher however with exta boards you can have any number of adaptions ready to drop in quickly and easily. And, of course, a clear working top is always available.
And this is the slightly larger Pro version
In both versions the frame uses the SQS profile for the rear legs and LEU profile for the front legs. This enables extensions to hinge out to support an 8 x 4 sheet making that sheet much easier to cut. These hinged supports can fold back in line with the front of the bench or they can be quickly removed with a 4mm hex key
And this is the perfect Job Site Workbench. Assembled in minutes, breaks down even faster, and takes very little space in your truck!
Casters or wheels can be fitted to the frame so that it is easily re-locatable.
