Geneero consists of a unique set of aluminium profiles that enable you to create an unlimited range of structures for permanent and temporary applications and products in their own right. You can regard it as a grown-up version of the Erector Set (American) or Meccano (British) that many of us dabbled with when we were young. In order to use the profiles all you need is an electric drill and a hacksaw or if you come to use it more frequently then a cut-off saw with a blade designed to cut aluminium would be a better choice. If you purchase a Geneero Product, it is already cut to size. All that you have to do is screw it together.
The aluminium profiles slide and lock into one another easily, and they enable you to create an unlimited range of frame designs that can even carry quite heavy loads.
Particularly useful in the garage and home workshop Geneero can also be used in the exhibition stand or booth market, and to create the chassis for mechanical, electronic and medical experiments and test rigs. Also for dividing open floor space into work stations and storage areas. Plus unlimited other uses.
In small building construction Geneero profiles combined with Leofric concrete panels (there is a special plate for this, XLFB shown elswhere). These profiles can add a greenhouse to a garage, workshop or garden office. Included in the side walls and corners these profiles are perfect for mounting lighting, hanging baskets, security cameras, wind turbines and/or solar panels.
The photo on the right also shows the TAB extrusion which is used in many joint and panel mounting applications. However it does not appear elsewhere on this site as it is normally incorporated into whatever it is supporting.
In its more “Meccano” like format, the same Geneero components are re-used in one application after another. See “Applications” which shows where, from your “kit” of parts, you can build almost anything! This “kit” concept is mirrored by what Meccano did with their numbered Meccano kits or sets as they called them. The Geneero “kits” contain Prime Parts which occur in a number of the models/products, for instance OUL1120 occurs in the Work Platform, the Garden Barrow, the Bag Loader and several other models and applications. Thus you do not have to buy each product/model in full but only those extra parts that customise it into an additional product. That’s where the cost savings come in.
In our “Library of Solutions” we display a range of the applications that our clients have invented. New Solutions are welcome and will be added to the Library as we receive them. As the number of users, followers and submissions grows we will organise competitions with prizes for those ideas that receive the most praise.
